Meet Tina Stogdill - Therapy for Pre-Teens, Teens, Adults
Tina brings over 24 years of experience working with teens and their families. She is Trained in EMDR therapy and is deeply passionate about helping individuals discover their inner resilience. With a warm and compassionate approach, Tina works closely with pre-teens, teens, and their caregivers to create a supportive space for growth and healing. She is currently specializing in trauma-focused work with adolescents through EMDR integration. Tina is especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, those with ADHD, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Clients often say that Tina helps them feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Her approach is grounded in empathy, insight, and a genuine belief in each person’s capacity for growth.
